Jose Delgado serves as the Operations Manager for Agave Water Systems, where he oversees daily field operations, project coordination, and service quality across landscape construction, irrigation, and horticulture services. His role focuses on maintaining consistent standards in the field and ensuring that projects are completed with attention to detail, efficiency, and clear communication with clients.
With a background in construction management and a degree from Arizona State University, Jose brings a practical understanding of both landscape construction and desert horticulture practices. Through continued industry training and hands-on experience, he works to ensure that every project—from masonry and hardscape installations to irrigation improvements and plant care—is completed using methods suited for Arizona’s unique desert environment.
As Operations Manager, Jose coordinates scheduling, supervises field work, and helps maintain the operational standards that guide Agave Water Systems. His goal is to ensure that each project is delivered with reliability, craftsmanship, and long-term landscape performance in mind.

With hands-on experience in landscape installation, irrigation systems, and desert plant care, Sebastian assists with coordinating job site activities, preparing materials, and maintaining quality control during landscape and hardscape work. His attention to detail and practical knowledge help ensure that projects move forward smoothly and safely.
As a Foreman, Sebastian helps maintain organization on job sites and supports the crew with installation tasks including landscape preparation, irrigation adjustments, masonry assistance, and plant installation.
